Our Hereford Beef is procurred right here in New England. We guarantee to our customers that our product is always safe, local and always all-natural. All of Broad Brook Beef roasts and steaks are aged to further promote the true tender beef flavor that you expect at high-end restaurants. Today, we only raise 40 animals annually that qualify into the Broad Brook Beef program. Therefore, our product is sometimes limited, but we will try our best to meet each of our customers needs.
